Printmaking offers an exciting journey of discovery.  The assemblage of recycled materials assist in creating a dialogue in my monotypes.  How the materials are layered and arranged is critical to the composition.  I invite viewers to respond.
 

The monotypes offer a place of escape, a space for introspection.  I want the viewer to be pulled in different directions, drawn into the real and the abstract images of nature.  The place where living naturally occurs can be interpreted in different ways.  It is my focus to transpose the mood and spirit of each work into a tactile fabric of paint.  The viewer can determine his or her own narrative.
